You offer a N0-FIX-NO-FEE service, what exactly does this mean? Our NO-FIX-NO-FEE service comes with a simple condition - if you ask us to look at your computer or laptop and we are unable to repair your problem then you will walk away and owe us nothing, should we give you a repairable diagnostic to which you decide not to have the repair undertaken then we charge a small admin fee of £15. Only £10 local call out fee - what does this include? Our £10 local call out fee is a small expense to help with vehicle running costs that are constantly - this excludes any labour carried out but can guarentee we have one of the lowest fees in the local area. Back to Top

Yes of course, we will delivery free of charge to the Welshpool, Newtown & local surrounding areas (within 5 mile radius of the 2 towns) if you live outside this a very small fuel charge will apply. **from 1st July 2009 we will be introducing a flat rate local call out charge of 10 pounds, however this will NOT be charged upon purchase of a computer system unless you live outside the local areas** Back to Top
